The idea for the writing came while HeYamin Neshama was during the months of teaching the first round of classes of his style of Energy Work. Having happened upon on article by OPB about a specific Cult in the state he lives in. It wasn't just the fact that the cult itself existed that bothered him, it was what was said by one of the ex-members who escaped with their life. They stated that all they were trying to do was have a spiritual experience, and that this individual believed that they were going to get it from this awful group that; drugged, stole money from, and sought total worship from these members that it brought in, some members completely disappearing never to be seen again. Yamin wanted to offer an alternative, sharing his Energy Work with the world through this book.
